Linda Hall (MTI, dip TH, dip Clin Hyp, NLP, Coach, EFT) combines down-to-earth pragmatism with insight and sensitivity. Originally an artist and craftsman, her experience spans almost twenty years in the complementary health-care field, in holistic bodywork, counselling, subtle energy healing, clinical hypnotherapy, coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Emotional Freedom Technique.
Linda’s approach to meditation is non-religious and refreshingly eclectic. She developed Resourcefulness Meditation, a soft, sensory based way of meditating, during a prolonged and challenging period of ill-health. Now fully recovered, over the past eleven years Linda has established herself as a gifted and inspiring meditation teacher of great warmth and integrity.
Resourcefulness Meditation draws on well-established practices such as Mindfulness Meditation, Qigong and Creative Visualisation, and incorporates body/mind awareness and psychology. It shows you how to use meditation skills as everyday life tools to help you think positively, feel better and look after your health.
