I just came across your site this morning and tried the loving kindness meditation. It was a positive interruption to my anxious mind incessant worries and enabled me to step to the side for a short while. I will have a longer look at your site later on. Thank you. Jane.
Linda – I have used this meditation twice this morning. I was feeling stressed and achy beforehand. I found it extremely lovely- my body and mind just relaxed so much with the suggestion of putting a loving hand around myself, and holding myself with respect and kindness. I just wanted to do the same with all the people I come into contact with!
